A Demand Protection Review starts with a conversation about when enquiries arrive, which ones matter most, what happens when your team can't deal with them straight away, and what happens afterwards.

We then go back through what you've told us and look at whether anything valuable could be getting lost or left to chance. Sometimes the finding is simply that your current process is already doing enough.

Within two working days, we'll take you through what we found and what we've based it on. You'll have the opportunity to correct anything we've misunderstood, and afterwards you'll receive a copy of the findings to keep.
